Jill Woolworth

Advisor

Jill married Rick Woolworth, the founder of Telemachus in 1976, and is learning to live without the man she still adores since his sudden death in 2021. She has three grown daughters, two sons in law, and four adorable grandchildren. She and her dog, Hank, live in Greenwich, CT and North Palm Beach, FL.

Early in her career, Jill worked as a commercial banker. During the season that she was primarily a full-time mother, she sang a cappella, led several small groups including a Bible Study in her kitchen, tutored in French, co-founded Women of Vision Fairfield County, and got her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Jill has been a licensed therapist for over 20 years and enjoys speaking on topics related to women, marriage, faith, and parenting. Helping untangle relationship knots is her passion. She published The Waterwheel: Practical Wisdom for 64 Common Concerns in 2018.

Lauren Spear

Event and Engagement Lead

Lauren has been planning events and conferences since 2012, when a dear friend took a chance and gave her an opportunity to serve behind the scenes at the Christian Economic Forum. She finds joy in creating spaces for people to come together and encourage one another.

Lauren and her husband, Jon, have been married since 2010 and spent the first decade of marriage exploring different cities on the east coast and in Asia (moving nine times in about as many years). They now live in San Antonio, TX with their four little ones and are involved at Crossway Bible Church. In this season of life, Lauren enjoys playing in the front yard with her kids, learning to play Mahjong, and listening to audiobooks (especially during long walks).

Rob Wiley

Rob is the Managing Partner at DoublePrime, a strategic consulting firm that helps organizations reframe customer problems, align product and go-to-market strategies, and refine corporate development initiatives. He is also the Co-Founder of LassoBook, a software solution serving the guest and dude ranch industry. Rob’s career spans technology, marketing, and corporate development roles at startups, scaleups, and enterprises like Salesforce and Eli Lilly. He holds an MBA from Duke University and a BS in Mathematics from Taylor University.

Rob and his wife, Jen, have three adult daughters and live in Noblesville, IN. They are active at St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church. A novice beekeeper, Rob enjoys meaningful conversations about navigating life’s big decisions (Schedule some time to chat here).

Irene Flannery

Irene is a proud mother of two children, a Spiritual Director, and former Advertising Executive in NYC for over 38 years.  

Hailing from Texas, Irene moved to NYC out of college where she built her Advertising career and raised her family.  She recently retired as an Executive Vice President after working at Grey Advertising and McCann-Erickson, building brands with blue chip clients such as Unilever, Pfizer, and Frito-Lay.  Her work offered her travel and fascinating experiences with top clients and some of the most outstanding creative teams in the field.  

While retaining a smaller foothold in NYC, she has recently taken up residence in Charlottesville near her family (including new granddaughter), where she is learning many new things about caring for a home!

Her spiritual formation was inspired by Ignatian and her experience with the 19th Annotation.  In 2020 she graduated from a Spiritual Direction Formation Program at St. Francis Xavier Church in NYC. 

A life-long learner, Irene enjoys mentoring and discipleship in all forms, and welcomes the opportunity to help build the next generation of leaders. She is a graduate of the University of Texas (Austin) and 4th generation Texan, an avid bike rider and swimmer, loves to travel, and never misses a chance to share dinner with friends and loved ones.

David Park

David grew up in Houston, TX but cheers for the Michigan Wolverines, where he was born. He and his wife Jean have three boys and live in New York City. They are passionate about wholehearted faith and serve with several different ministries that have an emphasis on increasing access and awareness to tools and resources around emotional and spiritual health. David spent most of his career in real estate finance and now invests through Supra Solem, a family investment vehicle that partners with leaders, companies, and organizations who are working to make all things new. He loves playing golf – the one sport he still has a shot at getting better at.

Helen Woolworth Brown

Helen has been involved with Telemachus since graduating from college and served as a Board Member from 2022 to 2024 before stepping into her current role as Director of Community and Development. Prior to working for Telemachus, Helen worked in independent schools as an enrollment leader, student advisor, coach, and teacher. She cares deeply about mentoring and relationship building, and she has a passion for strategic leadership of mission-driven communities. 

Helen is the daughter of Rick Woolworth who founded Telemachus. She and her husband, Morgan, live in Nashville, TN with their son, Rick, who is named for his grandfather. She likes to practice yoga, gather friends around her table, and spend time outdoors, especially with her family and her golden retriever, Captain Charlie. 

Clayton Luskie

Clayton lives in Houston, TX with his wife Abby and their 4 kids. He has been involved at Grace Bible Church for 16 years in various roles. In addition to Telemachus, Clayton serves on the board of Agape Development, a CDC in South Houston, and was formerly the President of the Adera Foundation, supporting work in Ethiopia. 

Professionally, Clayton leads Shell’s gas and power trading business for the South US and Mexico. He has been in the commodity trading business for over 15 years, mostly focused on natural gas trading. Clayton graduated from Texas A&M with a BBA in Finance. 

Randy Odom

Randy Odom is presently the President and CEO of Kids Across America. Randy began his career of working with urban youth in 1988 while attending Ouachita Baptist University, graduating in 1996 with a degree in sociology and psychology.

In 2019, Randy was the CEO of Memphis Athletic Ministries (MAM), a youth sports ministry serving Memphis youth, ages 8 to 18. MAM serves nearly 7,000 children in Shelby County through sports and after school mentoring programs. 

In 2017-18 Randy was awarded the Jr. NBA Coach of the Year in Memphis and MAM was a national finalist for Jr. NBA Program of the year in 2019.

Randy has worked for over 30 years in the urban ministry, non-profit sector and is passionate about creating an ethos where high character, passion, skill and knowledge all align to create change and build biblical leaders who will make disciples according to a biblical framework.

Randy has been blessed beyond belief by his best friend and wife of 19 years, Kelandria, and their 18-year old-son, Enoch. Hobbies include sports, working out, and relaxing time with family. 

Jill Gullahorn

Jill Gullahorn is a singer-songwriter originally from Chesapeake, VA. She moved to Nashville, TN to attend Belmont University and upon graduating, signed a record deal with Word Records and began her career as a singer-songwriter. Jill continues to travel the country sharing her music and also maintains a private practice in Nashville as a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has been married to her husband Andy for twenty-five years and has three children ages 21, 19 and 16.

Tori Mercado

Tori is an Arizona native and loves all things the Great American West. She resides in Greenwich, CT and is very involved in the music ministry at Trinity Church where she serves as the music director at the Larchmont campus. Professionally, Tori is a part of the operations team at Abdiel Capital Advisors, LP in New York City. She’s a devout Phoenix Suns fan, lover of desert hikes, and can make some mean enchiladas.

Kelly Burkett

Kelly graduated from Texas A&M University in 2010 with a BBA in Finance. She married her college sweetheart, Dave, and then went straight on to nursing school, graduating from Texas Woman’s University in 2012. She worked as a Pediatric Oncology nurse in Fort Worth for 6 years. In the meantime, Dave decided to embark on a 5 1/2 year journey to become a dentist, so they moved their family to Dallas as he attended dental school. Dave graduated in May 2023 and joined a dental practice in Allen, TX, where their family now resides. Kelly had been prayerfully considering how, when, and in what capacity to enter back into the workforce, when the Lord opened the door to this bookkeeping job for Telemachus. She is grateful for the opportunity and has loved working with this amazing group of people!

Kelly loves being a mom to their three wild and fun boys (ages 8, 6, and 3), spending time with friends and family, cooking and baking, and being outdoors.
